A new opportunity has arisen to join our hardworking and committed team of Support Staff at this outstanding 11-18 selective girls’ school which has an excellent academic reputation. We also provide an excellent wellbeing package for staff and immediate family.

 

Scale D/E, Points 5-9 (£25,583 - £27,254 FTE gross per annum)

 

Actual Salary: £11,200 - £11,931 gross per annum 

 

We are offering this post on a part-time basis, three-days per week - Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8.15 am to 3.15 pm with half an hour unpaid lunch. 38 working weeks per year, which is term-time only. 

 

The main purpose of this role is to assist with the supervision of classes whose teacher is absent. When required, to also provide general support to identified students in lessons, or in the Student Support Room, or to supervise some other activities. On occasions there may be the need to act as a First Aider. Previous experience is not essential as training will be provided for all aspects of this role.
